With a proven track record in portfolio management, structured product development, and strategic business leadership, Efe has consistently delivered exceptional results for clients and organizations across Nigeria and beyond. She joined One Trust Asset Management from Futureview Asset Management where she spearheaded a 600% growth in AUM and a 70% increase in revenue while achieving returns of 17.35% on the Dollar Fund and 61.79% on the Equity Fund, which won the best performing equity fund in 2023. 

Other achievements in the course of her career include successfully setting up the risk framework that earned the firm BBB+ (IM) rating in less than a year at First Ally Asset Management. Delivered 17.42% returns (Conventional portfolio) and 13.05% (Halal portfolio ) portfolios, outperforming industry benchmarks while working at Ayoola Investment Management in 2022.

Efe holds a BSc in Textile and Apparel Management from North Carolina State University and MSc in Finance from University of Massachusetts.
