Dr. Nnenna Adaeze Orji is a distinguished economist, lawyer, and jurist currently serving as Managing Consultant at the Law Firm of Arial Associates. As the pioneer Chairman and Chief Judge of Nigeria's Investments and Securities Tribunal (IST) from 2002-2012, she established the judicial framework for capital market disputes, creating a new jurisprudence in Nigerian financial law.

A trailblazer in securities regulation, Dr. Orji joined the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria in 1984 as the pioneer head of its Legal Division, transforming it into a world-class department. Her leadership was instrumental in drafting key legislation including the Investments and Securities Act (1999), serving on the Financial Services Regulations Coordinating Committee, Organizing the First African Regional Capital Market Conference (2005) amongst others.
