
Air Commodore Titus Agbecha, Rtd. – Non-Executive Director
Air Commodore Agbecha (Rtd) is a highly decorated military officer and strategic leader with over three decades of distinguished service in the Nigerian Air Force. A Fellow of the prestigious War College, Jaji (FWC) and holder of graduate degrees in Strategic Studies (University of Ibadan) and Business Administration (Ahmadu Bello University), he brings a unique blend of operational expertise and academic rigor to security and defense matters.
During his illustrious career, Air Commodore Agbecha held several key command and policy positions including; Commander, NAF Station Jos (2010-2011), Director of Armament, Nigerian Air Force Headquarters (2008-2010) to name a few.
His exceptional contributions to national security were recognized with the Certificate of Merit Award for developing indigenous weapons systems. As a member of Nigeria's National Committee on Control of Small Arms, he played a pivotal role in combating weapons proliferation in West Africa.
Since retirement, he has channeled his expertise into private sector leadership as Managing Director/CEO of Seraph Nigeria Limited and Founder of Agbecha Initiative for Healthcare and Rural Development.
